            At Caffe’ Culinaire- Java Roasteries, we roast and provide only the freshest coffee beans made from some of the world’s most flavorful 100% Arabica beans.  We use specialty-grade coffees and related products as a platform to develop unique and interesting gourmet foods for market.  The coffee products we choose to use and roast are from many of the more appreciated coffee regions within the Americas, Indonesia, Africa and other renowned coffee producing regions of the world. The delicious foods we develop either contain coffee as an ingredient utilizing beans from these regions or are foods designed to go and pair well with coffee beverages that appeal to consumers of coffees and fine foods everywhere!

Caffe’ Culinaire’s food development and coffee selection processes are overseen by its CEO and Executive Chef, Krom Sharrief, a native of California and advocate to its world class cuisines and marvelously-styled roasted coffees found only in the West.  His techniques and years within the culinary arts pour over into his acquired coffee roasting skills. Skills, which enable the very best aroma and flavor to be yielded from carefully selected beans producing such famous coffees as our Signature Blend-“WEST COAST ROAST” and the development of innovative and unique tasting specialty-foods such as our popular line of  ”JAVA LAVA” Sauces, legendary baked-good items like our 24-KARAT” Gourmet Carrot Pies and thrilling line of flavor-enhancers such as “COFFEE NUT” coffee infused nut toppings!

          Based in Hayward, California, we service the production and distribution of our quality coffees and unique specialty foods to not only local venues throughout California and other western states, but also points south extending through to Georgia. It should be no surprise, as with some of the world’s finest wines, many which come from California, that most of America’s finest roasted coffees are also known to come from this same region within the west. Here in California, we take our coffees and wines very seriously.
